Blackjack Game As A New Method Of Student Interaction
The game of Blackjack together with other gambling entertainments seem to be not only a perfect entertainment for those who want to escape the routine, but also for those who need to learn how to communicate. With the development of Internet many young people seem to forget about live communication, spending endless hours chatting online. Moreover, real entertainments are replaced by online games and students spend more time in their rooms instead of going out. This unhealthy trend was noticed by the Student Government Association and Student Programming that organized the Homecoming as a Casino Night.
The event was initially organized as the one to bring something new to the students life and to help the communication, therefore it was a free one, so all the students played for fake money.
Some students were dressed as dealers for the event and taught the others the rules of the games. Though they gambled for fake money, there also was a real lottery prize that was won late in the evening.
Most of the students came to the homecoming not only to learn to gamble, but also to socialize with classmates and have a great evening!
