Special Blackjack Tournament to Help Former Players

Recently there has been a Blackjack tournament specially held to help raise funds for former sports stars. Paul Hornung, the ex-s halfback of the famous Green Bay Packer was one of the sports stars who took part in the tournament arranged to raise funds for former sports stars that require financial help.

The Gridiron Greats was the one that organized this event with the aim to raise money for former players of the popular US game and require costs right now to pay for medical help or everyday needs.

According to Hornung, the amount of money former players still receive upon their retirement more than 15 years ago is too low as compared to the money players may get right now. Hornung gets $900 per month and now those who get early retirement get $8,000.
